Refund policy

Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund up until two days before your event date. Because our products are prepared and shipped specifically for your event, cancellations made within two days of the event date are not eligible for a refund.

 

Returns on Unused Items. If your items arrive unused and in their original condition, you may return them within seven days of delivery for a refund, provided the return is initiated before your event date. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been used, opened, or lit cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Refund or Return. To start a cancellation, return, or report a problem, email us with your order number and details. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within five to ten business days of approval.
